Most of us know that vinegar is an acidic substance that is often used as a preservative. Does vinegar go bad? Fortunately enough, vinegar is already “bad” so it’s almost impossible for it to go bad (to become inedible). It can become cloudy or even slightly change its color, but it’s still fine. Even though it’s almost impossible for vinegar to go bad, you should always store it properly. It should be stored in a cool, dark place, like in a pantry.
