In the year 2000, he released his album “Entre tus brasoz” and released his song “Quiereme” that showed much of his versatility as a musical performer. Alejandro Fernandez is not only a talented singer but is also a versatile actor. In the year 2004, he acted in the movie “Zapata: El sueno del Heroe”. This movie was about the Mexican hero Emiliano Zapanta. After his unprecedented success in acting, he went back to singing and released his album “Mexico – Madrid: En Directo Y Sin Escalas”. It featured 13 new songs which were all taken from his live performances. It was in 2007 whe he was able to do a duet with the international pop singer Beyonce with the song “Amor Gitano” for the album “Viento A Favor”. He started a tour in Madrid and released another album entitled “De Noche: Clasicos A Mi Manera” with the best ballad he ever made. On his personal life, Alejandro Fernandez has three children from his former wives America Guinart and Ximena Diaz.
