Phascolarctos cinereus is a scientific name for koala Bears and is an arboreal marsupial and has similarities of a wombat. Koala Bears place their young after birth inside their pouch which has similarities to kangaroos and wombats. Joey is the name of their offspring and is generally remain inside their pouch for over 6 months and because of this, their offspring usually measures for about 1/4 of inch in height.
When inside their mother’s pouch, they cannot see, no ears, and no fur. They will be able to develop their senses after the next six months but while they’re inside, they could only drink their mother’s milk. After the next six months, the offspring will begin their journey outside their mother’s pouch but still remains on her side and rides on her back until the offspring is a year old.
Curiously, koala Species Of Bears may be seen in Australia only. They are herbivores and their diet usually consists of eucalyptus leaves. Their movement is slow and their digestive system is slow as well. They usually sleep around 19 hours every day and the rest are for gathering the foods also to eat.

Diet of a koala Bears usually consists of only eucalyptus tree. When the eucalyptus forest was harmed and harvested by humans, koala bears species where threatened for extinction.
