Longevity Food: Eat to Look Younger

We all know the importance of a good diet if you want to live longer and healthier; as well as reducing the lines and wrinkles and look younger than what you really are; but do we really know the changes that we need to make in our life in order to achieve this goal?   4. Vitamin E: avocados, seeds, nuts, apricots and other foods containing Vitamin E, the “reduce lines vitamins” as it is commonly known; probably because it nourishes and moisturises your skin, delaying the appearance of lines.
  5. Vitamin B: chicken, turkey, milk, potatoes, vegetables and others food packed with the complex vitamin B will increase brain power and stimulate your nervous system.
