Typically, Italian dining follows four meal courses. In the first course called privo, dishes that are more filling like pasta or risotto are served. Secondo or second course usually serves the main dish which is either fish or meat. It is followed by dolce or the sweet, then coffee finishes the long meal. It’s not so hard to accomplish this. Fine dining restaurants aren’t the only sources of good food. A home-cooked meal will do just as well, and some will say, even better. On the other hand, if you’re not fond of cooking, there are other options you might want to try. Aside from ordering out from your favorite restaurant, you can also visit a gourmet delicatessen in your area.
