The End of Factoidz

Factoidz appeared to be a serious site publishing factual items by its members. In a short time it was exposed as a Ponzi. Participants were paid more than on other sites for the first two or three payment periods, then not paid at all. The revenue their articles generated were used to pay new participants.

As the number of persons ripped off increased, Factoidz could no longer gain the influx of new people and then dropped its payment schedule so that it now pays less than other sites.
